1901 Vintage Westerly RI Rhode Island Postcard Tax Assessed Hoxsey Douglas

1901 posted private mailing card entitled "Tax Assessed, Westerly, R. I.". The tax collector for Westerly, William Hoxsey, sent this card to Charles Douglas of Brooklyn, NY who was assessed .50 with a {{detail_product_description}}.04 deduction for a total tax of .46. The card was sent on April 16, 1901 and returned and marked paid by April 23, 1901.
