19th C English Sterling Silver Fish/Dessert Set for 12

Description

A stunning early 19 C sterling silver fish/dessert set made in England Aaron Hatfield 1820-1840.
All handles are hall marked with British Sterling marks at handle, all fork tines and blades are silver coated carbon steel and silverplate. In fabulous condition for their age, gorgeous repousse handles, fine superficial scratches on the plate portions, fenules are tight and well matched. Original two layered box with inset brass cartouche engraved, crack across cover as in photo, no key.
