Get Started Quickly Even If You Never Sharpen Any Knife!!
How To Use
Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the bamboo base with silicone holder on a flat surface
Clip the angle guide on the knife at an angle of 10~30°
Use 3000 Grit side for normal fine sharpening. This process takes about 15 minutes.
Use 8000 Grit side for final polishing and refine your knife edge. This process takes about 10 minutes.
Use flattening Stone to keep your water stones flat
Keep some water on the stone to stay wet
After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
Use a soft brush to clean the stone, then put it in a ventilated place to dry
