Includes 6-1/2" plunge saw, four 27-1/2" guide tracks, track connectors, track clamps, 2 blades one is 24-tooth and one is 40-tooth, and storage bags. The thing you pull on the zipper on one of the storage bags came off, but its easy to just push the zipper along. (see pics)
