    Description

    Antique ea. 1800' Cast Iron Mooring Anchor, Rare Shape
    For your consideration is a very interesting and rare antique anchor
    made of cast iron with one arm with a fluke and the other arm is bent / folded
    It was meant to be used for mooring in shallow waters, hence the rounded spike to prevent an eventual damage to the hull
    Wrought iron loop at the top
    Great Maritime and Naval History collectible

    Measurements:
    Approx. 36" high with the loop, 19" fluke to arm, 4" thick
    Weighs about 26 lbs.
