Antique Sterling Silver Figural Novelty Liberty Bell Tea Ball Strainer on Stand
Really rare antique Webster Sterling Liberty Bell sterling silver tea ball with original matching tea stand. This is an important rare set.
The bell is inscribed, "Proclaim Liberty Throughout All The Land, And Unto All The Inhabitants Thereof, Leviticus XXV, 10. By Order Of The Assembly Of Penns'y in Phila; 1752".
Marked on the bottom 'Sterling' with the Webster 'W' mark, also the stand has the same mark.
The tea ball in stand measures 2 3/4" tall and just over 2 1/8" wide.  The tea ball measures 1 1/2" in diameter with a 4 1/2" chain and ring. It is in good and working condition.  Monogram BGO to rim of lid.
