    Description

This is a vintage BARRY MANILOW Press folder that seems to date back to 1974 and the "Barry Manilow II" era, although there are lots of additional photos and press bios etc, from later years - the full contents of this folder appear to be roughly from the years 1972 through 1978. All of the items inside are in excellent condition:
Here is a breakdown of what is included in this folder - I have separated the contents by year, and the accompanying photos should correlate with years.
Photo #1: The press kit folder, which appears to be from 1974 and the "Barry Manilow II" era - there is a "Bell Records" logo on the inside of the folder. The folder shows some light signs of shelf wear but nothing major. A business card is attached to the folder with a paper clip -the card has the name of a person from a "P.R." or "Public Relations" firm.
Photo #2: A 2-page bio that appears to be from 1972 and the time of his self titled debut LP.
    Photo #3: A 2-page bio that is dated 8/73.
Photo #4: Nine (9) different xeroxed press clippings, most have been printed on a different colored paper. These are press and concert reviews, etc.
Photo #5: A 5-page press bio from 1975, and also 4 more xeroxed press clippings, printed on various different colors of paper.
Photo #6: A two-page Arista Records bio from 1978, and a press 8X10 photo of Barry and his Mom Edna, commemorating his attendance at a play that she starred in in Los Angeles, "Turn The Grand Up".
Photo #7: Three different photos all printed on quality photographic paper. Two of the photos are 8x10s, and one is a smaller photo of Barry at the piano on stage. The photo that depicts Barry with Clive Davis also has a "press release" sheet attached.
Photo #8: Three different clippings what were actually clipped out of magazines (these are not xeroxed).
Photo #9: The last photo shows that back of that business card in photo one, which appears to be show the phone number of Arista Records at that time. You can also see the plain back side of the press folder in this photo.
THIS ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED IN A CORROGATED CARDBOARD LP MAILER WITH BUBBLE WRAP INSIDE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A MESSAGE HERE.
