- Warranty
New parts come with a minimum 90 day warranty effective with the date of purchase (please note the part description in case the warranty we offer differs). The warranty will cover the replacement of the defective part and does NOT include labor or incidental expenses.
All defective parts will require a Return Authorization.

- Shipping
Along with
USPS, we may also ship by UPS or FedEx.
For parts in excess of 100 lbs and/or parts subject to damage by UPS/FedEx/USPS, we will list the part as "Truck Shipment Required" (or you may pick up from our location).
ALL truck shipments will be to Commercial/Business addresses ONLY.
We will NOT send a Truck shipment to a Residential address.
Farms are considered Residential by some freight companies.
- Returns
ALL r
eturns require prior authorization. Some items are NOT returnable (see below and note the part description).
Receipt of the item to be returned is required within 30 days from the date the item was received by the buyer.
ALL returns must be in the original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is fully inspected, usually within 5 business days.
ALL returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice/packing slip
and Return Authorization information.
If you have a "problem" with the purchased item, please advise us within 3 days of your intent to return the item.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, insurance and tracking of the returned parts.

Electrical items and books
are non-refundable.
Engine gasket Sets, and engine bearing sets are NOT returnable if the plastic seals have been opened = NO Exceptions
Other non-refundable items will be noted, in the listing, "AS IS = NO RETURN"
We will work with each customer on an individual basis to resolve any disputes. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems.

The buyer is responsible for notifying us immediately of any damage or loss upon the receipt of the part.  Please ensure all packaging, etc. is retained with the shipment in the event the item needs to be inspected by the shipping carrier.

- Immediate Payment
