3/4" Thick  Billet Aluminum
Counter bored to fit the manifold , and has 7/16" Blower Stud  Holes
Comes with set of   TBS Studs and nuts and a Blower Gasket
Pop off and burst panel avail for LS manifolds only  - 
No Welding needed.
Adapter top  fits all known Hi Rams -  LS, Ford 351W, 302   and others * Manifold not included
