Vintage Cast Iron Boat Anchor/Scale/Shop Weight 11 lbs. Kirk Kove Ontario

For sale is this used unique vintage cast iron square cube boat anchor/shop weight with embedded ring.  It had a tag that said "Boat anchor used in Kirk Kove Ontario" but I don't know that for sure.
Can be used a boat anchor (somebody supposedly did so), a scale weight/counterweight, or decorative very heavy paperweight.  Could be used to hold down tent poles, use as a portable anchor for a dog leash - wherever a heavy anchor is needed.
Weighs 11 pounds 11 ounces with piece of cable attached on top.
Stamped on the top are the numbers "19703569-8" on one side and an "H" on the other with the rest rubbed off.
Measures 3.25 inches on each side and is 5 inches high including the ring.
