Vintage Sterling Silver Hand Held Mirror Unknown Markings

Description

Beautiful Vintage Sterling Silver hand held mirror. I tried to identified the markings with no luck and not sure of the year. Mirror is in good condition, it has a some fog in the glass mirror and couple small dents please look at the pictures closely and you could see. It might also need a polish if you like that look better. If you have any questions or need more pictures just let me know.
